So the questions you will be asking, is why should we rent this apartment? Our answer is we have been in your shoes when we bought the villa. Before we purchased the apartment we visited over 60 properties on over 20 different communities in Orlando. We have seen and visited them all. By a country mile Reunion Resort is the number 1 place to stay.

 

Many communities say they are only 10 minutes from Disney, only a few are actually that close. Reunion Resort is a genuine 10 minutes away from Disney. It is also in the enviable location of being only 5 minutes away from the 192 and Kississimee and the 27 and Lake Buena Vista.

 

Reunion Resort is  the top rated 5* Rental houses in the Disney area. This comes from the amazing facilties that it has to offer. You have a choice of 10 community swimming pools, 2 bars, 2 restaurants and 3 world class golf courses on site. The jewel in the crown is the multi million dollar water park. There is a also a kids club situated here for when you want to get away from Disney. Words or pictures do not explain how good this area is. After visiting other communities with swimming pools this was the only one that was being used.

About the apartment

Our modern 5* apartment is furnished to a very high standard. It is on the first floor and offers amazing views of the 11th hole on the Palmer Golf Course and over looks one of the two community pools in the area. The pool is no further than 20 yards away and is in essence your own huge private swimming pool.

 

The property is disabled friendly and offers a lift to the apartment and the master bedroom suite offers wheelchair access and a shower with seat and hand rails..

 

The apartment will sleep up to 8 people but we would suggest no more than 6 people for comfort. All 3 bedrooms are large and well appointed and have ample storage space, they each come with their own private TV's and DVD players.

We believe the price we offer is a fare reflection of the property and surrounding areas. Yes you can always get cheaper accomodation, however none are in the class of what we have to offer. After staying at some very well known and expensive time shares in Orlando, the property is considerably better, with more facilties than what they have to offer.

 

Low Season Rates - $129 per night - Sept - Dec.

Mid Season - $159 per night  - Jan - March

High Season - $199 per night - Jul - Aug

Holiday Season - Easter, Christmas, New Year and thanksgiving $249 per night.
